Pittsburgh 1940s, Quite the Smokey Scene

There are numerous smoke pollution regulations all over the U.S.A. but smoke pollution isn’t something we think of as being a huge problem here. And in all honesty, it’s not the biggest environmental issue at all. But what would happen if all of the regulations that keep smoke pollution under control didn’t exist?
